В статье представлены современные данные о патогенезе синдрома раздраженного кишечника и особенностях клинической картины данного расстройства у пациентов, перенесших COVID-19. Указывается влияние SARS-Cov-2 на основные патогенетические звенья синдрома раздраженного кишечника. Проблема поражения желудочно-кишечного тракта при COVID-19 до конца не изучена и остается столь же актуальной, как возникновение патологических процессов в респираторном тракте.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>One of the manifestations of COVID-19 are complaints from the gastrointestinal tract, the frequency of which ranges from 3% to 80% of patients. The article presents up-to-date data on the pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome and features of the clinical picture of this disorder in patients who have undergone COVID-19. The influence of SARS-Cov-2 on the main pathogenetic links of irritable bowel syndrome is indicated.
