Целиакия (глютеновая энтеропатия)—хроническая генетически детерминированная аутоиммунная Т-клеточно-опосредованная энтеропатия, характеризующаяся стойкой непереносимостью специфических белков эндосперма зерна некоторых злаковых культур с развитием атрофической энтеропатии и связанного с нею синдрома мальабсорбции.

Несмотря на возрастающий интерес к патологии, а также достаточную распространенность заболевания, данный диагноз зачастую остается сложным для постановки.

В статье к рассмотрению представлен клинический случай атипичной формы целиакии у мальчика, поступившего в стационар в тяжелом состоянии с клинической картиной динамической кишечной непроходимости, которая потребовала проведение обширной дифференциальной диагностики.

Повторные лабораторные анализы (клинические, биохимические), инструментальные методы обследования, в том числе фиброэзофагогастродуоденоскопия с забором биопсийного материала с последующей морфологической диагностикой позволили сделать заключение о наличии целиакии у данного пациента.

Celiac disease (gluten enteropathy) is a chronic genetically determined autoimmune T–cell-mediated enteropathy characterized by persistent intolerance to specific proteins of the endosperm of some cereals with the development of atrophic enteropathy and associated malabsorption syndrome.

Despite the growing interest in pathology, as well as the sufficient prevalence of the disease, this diagnosis often remains difficult to make.

The article presents a clinical case of an atypical form of celiac disease in a boy who was admitted to the hospital in a serious condition with a clinical picture of dynamic intestinal obstruction, which required extensive differential diagnosis.

Repeated laboratory tests (clinical, biochemical), instrumental methods of examination, including fi broesophagogastroduodenoscopy with biopsy material sampling followed by morphological diagnostics allowed us to conclude the presence of celiac disease in this patient.
