Даны сравнительные данные отечественных и зарубежных учёных о механизме воздействия Helicobacter Pylori (НР) патогенез резистентной железодефицитной анемии у детей.Определено, что на развитие железодефицитной анемии у детей с HP-инфицированностью влияют множество механизмов, следовательно, при лечении детей с данной патологией назначение анти- НР бактериальной терапии с ферротерапии, учётом возрастных особенностей и потребности, является обоснованным. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A review article is devoted to the analysis of scientific and literary data published over the past 10 years, devoted to the problem of studying the role of Helicobacter pylori in the development of iron deficiency anaemia in children and adolescents.
