Целью пилотного исследования было изучение возможности применения препарата цитофлавин в схеме терапии пациентов с функциональной диспепсией. Материалы и методы: проанализированы данные 65 пациентов в возрасте 25-56 лет с диагнозом: «К-30. Функциональная диспепсия», которые в зависимости от схемы терапии были разделены на 2 группы: основную (n=30), в схеме лечения которой был цитофлавин (внутрь по 2 таблетки 2 раза в сутки, курс 25 дней) и контрольную (n=35) - стандартная терапия. Дизайн исследования включал 2 амбулаторных визита. Опросная часть проведена с помощью опроса и оценки жалоб на боль, чувство жжения, переполнения в эпигастрии, ощущение насыщения. Качество жизни оценивалось с помощью Опросника SF-36, шкалы астенического состояния (ШАС) и госпитальной шкалой тревоги и депрессии (HADS). Инструментальная часть исследования включала проведение кардиоинтервалографии - для оценки вариабельности ритма сердца. Статистическая обработка выполнена в среде IBM SPSS v23.0. Результаты: статистический анализ данных позволил выявить: значимое улучшение качества жизни по показателям физического функционирования, интенсивности боли, ролевого функционирования, физического компонента; снижение уровня тревоги, достигающее значимых значений; косвенные признаки снижения количества жалоб на боль, жжение и переполнение. Выводы: полученные результаты могут послужить основанием для проведения дальнейших углублённых исследований в этом направлении.

The purpose of the pilot study was to study the possibility of using Cytoflavin in the treatment regimen for patients with functional dyspepsia. Materials and methods: data of 65 patients aged 25-56 years with a diagnosis of “K-30. Functional dyspepsia” were analyzed, which, depending on the treatment regimen, were divided into 2 groups: cytoflavin (orally 2 tablets 2 times a day, course 25 days) and control (n=35) - standard therapy. The study design included 2 outpatient visits. The survey part was carried out with the help of a survey and assessment of complaints of pain, burning sensation, overflow in the epigastrium, a feeling of fullness. Quality of life was assessed using the SF-36 Questionnaire, the Asthenic Condition Scale (ASS), and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). The instrumental part of the study included cardiointervalography to assess heart rate variability. Statistical processing was performed in the IBM SPSS v23.0 environment. Results: statistical analysis of the data revealed: a significant improvement in the quality of life in terms of physical functioning, pain intensity, role functioning, physical component; a decrease in the level of anxiety, reaching significant values; indirect signs of a decrease in the number of complaints of pain, burning and fullness. Conclusions: the results obtained can serve as a basis for further in-depth research in this direction.
