Первичный склерозирующий холангит - хроническое холестатическое аутоиммунное заболевание печени, характеризуется прогрессирующим течением и может латентно протекать в течение многих лет. Закономерно, чем раньше распознано заболевание, тем дольше продолжительность жизни. В статье представлено клиническое наблюдение длительного бессимптомного течения аутоиммунного заболевания печени, которое манифестировало лишь за 6 месяцев до неблагоприятного исхода, однако к моменту манифестации у ребёнка уже сформировался цирроз печени.

Primary sclerosing cholangitis - autoimmune chronic cholestatic liver disease characterized by progressive course of latent and may proceed for many years. Naturally, the earlier the disease is detected, the longer lifespan. The article presents the clinical observation of a long asymptomatic autoimmune disease of the liver that is manifest only 6 months prior to an adverse outcome, but at the time of the manifestation of the child has already formed cirrhosis.
