В статье представлен клинический случай сочетания целиакии с установлением диагноза во взрослом периоде и воспалительного заболевания кишечника, которое в дебюте имело фенотип язвенного колита и трансформировалось при наблюдении в неопределенный (недифференцированный) колит. Гастроэнтерологическая патология сопровождалась надпочечниковой недостаточностью и демиелинизирующим заболеванием центральной нервной системы, что, согласно литературным данным, может рассматриваться как внекишечные проявления аутоиммунных заболеваний кишечника.

The article presents a clinical case of a combination of celiac disease with diagnosis in the adult period and infl ammatory bowel disease, which had the phenotype of ulcerative colitis in its debut and transformed into indeterminate colitis during observation. Gastroenterological pathology was accompanied by adrenal insufficiency and demyelinating disease of the central nervous system, which can be considered as extra-intestinal manifestations of autoimmune intestinal diseases according to literature data.
