Цель исследования: представить описание клинического наблюдения хронического аспирационного бронхиолита у пациентки с дивертикулом верхней части пищевода больших размеров и гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью (ГЭРБ).

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы: представлен краткий обзор литературы по современному представлению о внепищеводных респираторных проявлениях ГЭРБ и особенностях течения дивертикулов верхней части пищевода, клинико-радиологической симптоматики хронического аспирационного бронхиолита как одного из вариантов бронхолегочной патологии при этом заболевании, а также описание пациентки с данной патологией.

Результаты

Результаты: представлено развитие фиброзирующего интерстициального заболевания легких у пациентки с дивертикулом верхней части пищевода больших размеров и ГЭРБ.

Заключение

Заключение: показаны проблемы дифференциальной диагностики респираторных симптомов при патологии пищевода. Авторы надеются, что описанное наблюдение позволит насторожить врачей в плане возможного развития фиброзирующего интерстициального заболевания легких на фоне сочетанной патологии пищевода, требующего тщательного мониторирования с целью своевременного выявления прогрессирующего фиброзного фенотипа и определения показаний для антифибротической терапии.

Purpose of the study

Purpose of the study: to present a description of the clinical observation of chronic aspiration bronchiolitis in a patient with a large diverticulum of the upper esophagus and gastroesophageal refl ux disease (GERD).

Materials and methods

Materials and methods: a brief review of the literature on the modern concept of extraesophageal respiratory manifestations of GERD, the features of the course of upper esophageal diverticula, clinical and radiological symptoms of chronic aspiration bronchiolitis is presented. In the above clinical case, chronic aspiration bronchiolitis was a manifestation of gastroesophageal pathology.

Results

Results: The development of fi brosing interstitial lung disease in a patient with a large upper esophageal diverticulum and GERD is presented.

Conclusion

Conclusion: the problems of differential diagnosis of respiratory symptoms in esophageal pathology are shown. The authors hope that the described observation will increase the attention of doctors regarding comorbid fi brosing interstitial lung diseases in esophageal pathology; the need for timely detection of a progressive fi brotic phenotype and determination of indications for antifi brotic therapy.
