Было сделано заключение, что ВКЭ может быть использована как метод изучения элементов ПЖП: отверстия ПЖП в сомкнутом и раскрытом состояниях, формы Z—линии и фигур, которые она образует, а также расстояние, на котором находится Z — линия по отношению к кардии в норме. Для ВКЭ характерно исследование в физиологических условиях без воздействия механических факторов, возникающих при выполнении традиционной эзофагогастроскопии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents an analysis of the results of video capsule endoscopy (VCE) of the esophagus, stomach and elements of the esophageal-gastric junction (EGJ) in 23 patients without pathology of the upper gastrointestinal tract (conditionally healthy). It was concluded that VCE can be used as a method for studying the elements of the EGJ: the opening of the esophagealgastric junction in closed and open states, the shape of the Z-line and the figures that it forms, as well as the distance at which the Z-line is located in relation to the cardia is normal.
