В аналитическом одномоментном исследовании обследовано 129 (42 мужчины и 87 женщин) пациентов с ГЭРБ, ассоциированной с ДГЭР (ГЭРБ-ДГЭР), верифицированной наличием рефлюкс- эзофагита и данными рН-метрии пищевода, оценено наличие/отсутствие диспластозависимого фенотипа и висцеральных признаков дисплазии соединительной ткани.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Во взрослой популяции больных ГЭРБ–ДГЭР фенотипические и висцеральные проявления дисплазии соединительной ткани встречается в 45,7% случаев. Шанс развития заболевания у лиц с диспластозависимым фенотипом при наличии грыжи пищеводного отверстия диафрагмы возрастает в 3,7 раза, при сочетании грыжи пищеводного отверстия диафрагмы и аномалии формы желчного пузыря — в 4,3 раза; при наличии недостаточности кардии, аномалии формы желчного пузыря и их сочетания — в 1,4–1,6 раза.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study: to identify and evaluate the prognostic role of phenotypic and visceral stigmas of connective tissue dysplasia in the formation of gastroesophageal refl ux disease (GERD) associated with duodenogastroesophageal refl ux (DHER).</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. In an analytical one-stage study 129 (42 men and 87 women) patients with GERD associated with DHER (GERD-DHER), verifi ed by the presence of refl ux esophagitis and the data of esophageal pH-metry, were examined to diagnose the presence / absence of a dysplastic- dependent phenotype and visceral signs of connective tissue dysplasia.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the adult population of GERD-DHER patients, phenotypic and visceral manifestations of connective tissue dysplasia occur in 45,7% of cases.
