Для руководителей медицинских организаций описаны риски реализации этих изменений в практическом здравоохранении, даны рекомендации для их нивелирования и дальнейшего повышения качества медицинской помощи в РФ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors provide information about the factors affecting the quality of medical care, recent changes in the regulatory framework in medical education and its development in Russia compared with developed countries.
