Рассмотрены такие вопросы эндоскопической диагностики и мониторинга ЯК, как показания к первичному и повторному исследованиям, технические аспекты исследований, необходимость выполнения биопсии, эндоскопические индексы активности и эндоскопическая семиотика ЯК, роль видеокапсульной эндоскопии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article summarizes clinical guidelines for endoscopic examinations (esophagogastroduodenoscopy, ileocolonoscopy, video capsule endoscopy) in children with ulcerative colitis (UC).
