Методы: В исследование включен 91 пациент. Исследование на наличие полиморфного локуса rs602662 гена FUT2 проводили стандартным методом ПЦР TaqMan на амплификаторе “Real-Time CFX96 Touch”. Продолжительность исследования составила 6 месяцев. Результаты: При оценке вклада генотипа локуса rs602662 гена FUT2 как фактора риска возникновения клинических проявлений при инфекции, вызванной H. pylori было выявлено, что аллель «А» имеет протективное действие в отношении возникновения клинических симптомов диспепсии. Отношение шансов (OR) при носительстве аллеля «А» (генотипы А/А и G/A против G/G) иметь клинические симптомы при положительном статусе H. pylori составило 0.175 (C.I.=[0.049-0.625] chi2=7.79 p=0.0053). Заключение. В результате проведённого исследования выявлено, что носительство аллеля «А» имеют значимую ассоциативную связь с отсутствием клинических симптомов у пациентов с инфекцией H. pylori 0.175 (C.I.=[0.049-0.625] chi2=7.79 p=0.0053).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the work was to study the clinical significance of the genetic polymorphism of the adhesion factor - the genetic locus rs602662 FUT2 in Helicobacter pylori-associated diseases. Methods: The study included 91 patients. The study for the presence of the polymorphic locus rs602662 of the FUT2 gene was carried out by the standard TaqMan PCR method on a “Real-Time CFX96 Touch” amplifier. The duration of the study was 6 months. Results: When assessing the contribution of the genotype of the rs602662 locus of the FUT2 gene as a risk factor for the occurrence of clinical manifestations in H. pylori infection, it was found that the A allele has a protective effect on the occurrence of clinical symptoms of dyspepsia. The odds ratio (OR) for allele “A” carriers (genotypes A/A and G/A versus G/G) to have clinical symptoms with a positive H. pylori status was 0.175 (CI=[0.049-0.625] chi2=7.79 p=0.0053). Conclusion.
