Цель исследования: оптимизация медицинской помощи больным с циррозом печени (ЦП) на основании внедрения пациент- ориентированного подхода в реальную клиническую практику.

Материал и методы исследования. Проанализированы рецензии на 734 медицинские карты пациентов, получающих медицинскую помощь в поликлиниках и стационарах общего профиля (хирургия, терапия) и умерших от ЦП в 2015– 2019 гг. в районах Краснодарского края. Обобщен опыт ГБУЗ «Краевая клиническая больница № 2» МЗ Краснодарского края диспансерного наблюдения 845 пациентам с ЦП, подвергшихся миниинвазивным методам лечения.

Результаты

Результаты. Был выявлен ряд ошибок в тактике ведения больных с ЦП в общеврачебной сети. Обобщен опыт диспансерного наблюдения и проведения школ для пациентов с ЦП.

Заключение

Заключение. Диспансерное наблюдение больных с ЦП в многопрофильной клинике, имеющей опыт проведения миниинвазивных операций и трансплантации печени, посещение школ для пациентов способствует стабилизации и в ряде случаев улучшению течения заболевания.

Aim of the study

Aim of the study: Optimization of medical care to patients with liver cirrhosis (LC) based on using of patient- oriented approach in real clinic practice

Materials and methods

Materials and methods: The reviews of 734 medical histories of patients treated in polyclinics and in-patient facilities of general specialization (surgery, therapy) and died from HL in 2015–2019 years in Krasnodar region were analyzed. The experience of regular medical check-up of 85 patients with LC who underwent mini-invasive surgeries was summarized.

Results

Results: The number of mistakes in treatment tactics of patients with LC was revealed. The experience of regular medical check-up and schools for patients with LC was summarized.

Conclusion

Conclusion: Regular medical check-up of patients with LC in multi- disciplinary clinic with practice in mini-invasive surgeries and liver transplantation, attendance of schools for patients improves stabilization and in some cases treatment course of disease.
