Исследование уровня зонулина в кале проводилось на базе Центральной научно- исследовательской лаборатории ФГБОУ ВО ОмГМУ Минздрава России методом иммуноферментного анализа с помощью тест-системы IDK Zonulin ELISA (Immundiagnostik, Германия).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: Пищевые привычки больных СРК с ИМТ ≥ 25 кг/м2 отличаются от пациентов с нормальным весом и могут рассматриваться как компонент фенотипа данной когорты пациентов. У больных СРК с ИМТ ≥ 25 кг/м2 установлен более высокий уровень кишечной проницаемости, оцениваемый по содержанию зонулина в кале.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>To optimize non-drug methods of treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) against the background of obesity to identify the peculiarities of food preferences and permeability of the intestinal wall.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: An anonymous questionnaire survey of 52 IBS patients was carried out using the author’s set of dietary assessment questions “Nutrition Information and Food Behavior” developed at the Department of Hygiene, Human Nutrition of Omsk State Medical University. The study of the level of zonulin in the feces was carried out at the Central Research Laboratory of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education Omsk State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia by enzyme immunoassay using the IDK Zonulin ELISA test system (Immundiagnostik, Germany).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: The eating habits of IBS patients with BMI ≥25 kg/m2 diff er from those of normal weight patients and can be considered a component of the phenotype of this patient cohort.
