Заключение: определение I-FABP и I-BABP в крови являются перспективными методами неинвазивной диагностики повреждения кишечной стенки, поскольку эти белки освобождаются из гибнущих зрелых энтероцитов. Однако определение интестинальных белков имеет значение в комбинации с определением цитруллина. В ряде исследований было показано, что цитруллин возможно измерить в животных моделях, у взрослых пациентов и педиатрических больных. Он легко обнаруживается, последовательно измеряется и способен выявлять воспаление слизистой оболочки кишечника. Ограничением большинства исследований стала небольшая выборка. Неинвазивные методики диагностики и контроля терапии остаются важным направлением дальнейшего изучения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of this literature review was to consider the diagnostic value of potential biomarkers detection: citrulline and intestinal proteins, designed to detect intestinal mucosa damage.</p><p>Conclusion: determination of I-FABP and I-BABP in blood are promising methods for non-invasive diagnosis of the intestinal damage, since these proteins are released from the damaged enterocytes. However, the determination of intestinal proteins is important in combination with the determination of citrulline. Several studies have shown that citrulline can be measured in animal models, in adult and pediatric patients. It is easily detectable, consistently measured and capable of detecting inflammation of the intestinal mucosa. The limitation of most studies was the small sample size.
