Изучить особенности состава жирных кислот (ЖК) мембран эритроцитов у пациентов с различной локализацией опухоли при колоректальном раке (КРР).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. С помощью хромато-масс-спектрометрической системы (ГХ/МС)  на основе трех квадруполей Agilent 7000B (США) исследован состав ЖК мембран  эритроцитов (Эр) 129 пациентов с КРР: (средний возраст 63,2±9,4 лет, из них — 68 мужчин и 61 женщина; 25 — с проксимальной, 98 — с дистальной локализацией  опухоли) и 35 человек группы сравнения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлена большая степень снижения уровней насыщенных, мононенасыщенных ЖК (НЖК, МНЖК), и, напротив, повышения уровня полиненасыщенных ЖК (ПНЖК) у пациентов с дистальной локализацией опухоли по сравнению со здоровыми, чем то же соотношение в паре «проксимальная локализация КРР опухоли — здоровые». Отмечена большая степень повышения уровня омега-3 ПНЖК, чем омега-6, что сказалось на соотношении n-6 / n-3, которое было значимо снижено у больных раком, в большей степени при дистальной локализации опухоли. Наиболее значимыми для различения опухолей, локализующихся в различных частях кишки,  оказались: насыщенные жирные кислоты — миристиновая С14:0 (р&lt;0,001) и  пентадекановая С15:0 (р=0,012), омега-3 α-линоленовая (С18:3; n-3) (р=0,02), уровни которых были достоверно выше и, напротив, большая часть омега-6 ПНЖК (С18:2 n-6, С20:3 n-6, С20:4 n-6) и одна омега-3 ПНЖК — С22:6 n-3 (р&lt;0,05), уровни которых оказались достоверно ниже при проксимальной локализации опухоли, чем при дистальной.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о важности учета локализации  опухоли у пациентов с КРР при проведении исследований метаболических профилей.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim of work is to study the compositional features of fatty acids (FA) of erythrocyte membranes in patients with diff erent localization of the tumor in colorectal cancer (CRC).</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Using a chromatography-mass spectrometric system (GC/MS) Agilent 7000B based on three quadrupoles (USA), the composition of erythrocyte (Er) membranes of 129 patients with CRC was studied: (average age 63.2±9.4 years, of which 68 men and 61 women; 25 with proximal, 98 with distal tumor localization) and 35 people in the comparison group.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A greater degree of decrease in the levels of saturated, monounsaturated FAs (MUFAs), and, conversely, an increase in the levels of polyunsaturated FAs (PUFAs) in patients with distal tumor localization compared to healthy ones, was established than the same ratio in the pair “proximal localization of tumor RCC — healthy”. A greater degree of increase in the level of omega-3 PUFAs was noted than omega-6, which aff ected the ratio n-6 / n-3, which was signifi cantly reduced in cancer patients, to a greater extent with distal tumor localization.The most signifi cant for distinguishing tumors located in diff erent parts of the intestine were: saturated fatty acids — myristic C14:0 (p&lt;0,001) and pentadecanoic C15:0 (p=0,012), omega-3 a-linolenic (C18:3; n-3) (p=0,02), whose levels were signifi cantly higher and, conversely, most of the omega-6 PUFAs (C18:2 n-6, C20:3 n-6, C20:4 n-6) and one omega-3 PUFAs — C22:6 n-3 (p&lt;0,05), whose levels were signifi cantly lower with proximal localization of the tumor than with distal.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
