Описать неспецифические морфологические проявления дистериозной инфекции на ранних этапах заболевания при постнатальной гибели плода.</p></sec><sec><title>Основные положения</title><p>Основные положения. Особенностью листериозной инфекции является возможность проникновения возбудителя через плацентарный барьер с развитием тяжелых системных поражений и негативных перинатальных исходов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Неспецифичность клинической симптоматики листериозной инфекции исключает применение этио-тропной терапии и приводит к внутриутробному инфицированию, в том числе с минимальными морфологическими проявлениями.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to describe non-speciﬁ c morphological manifestations of listeriosis infection in early stages of the disease in case of postnatal fetal death.</p></sec><sec><title>Fundamentals</title><p>Fundamentals. A key feature of listeriosis is possibility of pathogen penetration through placental barrier followed by development of severe systemic lesions and negative perinatal outcomes.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
