Тромбоз воротной вены (ТВВ) - это частичная или полная окклюзия кровотока по воротной вене, возникающая вследствие наличия в ее просвете тромба. В настоящее время в клинике внутренних болезней ТВВ стал встречаться чаще. Причинами ТВВ может быть множество факторов, среди которых выделяют местные и системные. Системные факторы включают врожденные и приобретенные тромбофилии. К местным факторам относят воспалительные, инфекционные, онкологические заболевания органов брюшной полости. Одной из наиболее вероятных причин ТВВ в настоящее время рассматривают цирроз печени. В статье представлены данные литературы, клинические рекомендации по ведению пациентов с ТВВ при обсуждении трех собственных клинических наблюдения пациентов с ТВВ, причиной которого стали различные заболевания.

The portal vein thrombosis (PVT) is a partial or complete occlusion of blood flow through the portal vein that occurs due to the presence of a blood clot in its lumen. Currently, PVT has become more common in the clinic of internal diseases. PVT can be caused by many factors, among which local and systemic. Systemic factors include congenital and acquired thrombophilia. Local factors include inflammatory, infectious, and oncological diseases of the abdominal organs. One of the most likely causes of PVT is currently being considered liver cirrhosis. The article presents the literature data, clinical guidelines for managing patients with PVT in the discussion of three own clinical cases of patients with PVT, which were caused by various diseases.
