Изучить желчегонное действие экстрактов сухих сафлора красильного (Carthamus tinctorius L.), календулы лекарственной (Calendula officinalis L.) и бархатцев прямостоячих (Tagetes erecta L.).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Эксперименты проведены на белых крысах-самцах с массой 180–230 г. Экстракты вводили в двенадцатиперстную кишку крыс в дозах 50, 100 и 200 мг/кг массы однократно в виде водного раствора.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В результате проведенных исследований установлено, что экстракты Calendula officinalis и Tagetes erecta оказывают выраженное желчегонное действие, обусловленное наличием в них биологически активных веществ, преимущественно флавоноидов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the present work was to estimate the choleretic effect of dry extracts derived from Carthamus tinctotius L., Calendula officinalis L. and Tagetes erecta L.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: The experiments were carried out on white male rats weighing 180–230 g.
