Также имеется связь между высоким уровнем аммиака и метаболическим синдромом. В статье обсуждается связь гипераммониемии с нарушением углеводного обмена. Вероятно, что повышение аммиака ассоциируется с увеличением количества висцерального жира и может быть предиктором развития инсулинорезистентности как ключевого фактора нарушений углеводного обмена.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Hyperammonemia is considered as a significant trigger factor in the progression of liver diseases, starting from the stage of steatosis. There is also a link between high levels of ammonia and metabolic syndrome. The article discusses the relationship of hyperammonemia with a violation of carbohydrate metabolism.
