Изучение содержания VEGFA, VEGFC, sVEGFR1, sVEGFR3 и TGFβ1в ткани рака желудка, брюшины и сальника. Материалы и методы. В исследование включено 62 пациента:21(10, 11) -с диагнозом рак желудка T3-4аN0-3M1 и метастатическим поражением брюшины; 24 (15, 9)- с диагнозом рак желудка T3-4аN0-3M0 без метастатического поражения; 17 (6, 11) -с неонкологической патологией - контроль. В ткани брюшины, большого сальника, рака желудка (РЖ) и его перифокальной зоны (ПЗ) ИФА методами определяли уровни факторов роста и их рецепторов. Результаты. Установлено, что у всех больных в ткани РЖ и ПЗ увеличивалось количество VEGFА и VEGFR1, но не VEGFС и VEGFR3, при этом в ткани РЖ содержалось большеVEGFR1, а в ПЗ - VEGFА. Только в сальнике и брюшине с метастазами возрастали концентрации факторов семейства VEGF: в сальнике -VEGFА (в 2,8 раза), VEGFС (в 2,7 раза), VEGFR1 (в 2,3 раза), VEGFR3 (в 1,6 раза (р&lt;0,05)); в брюшине -VEGFА (в 4,2 раза), VEGFС (в 3,5 раза), VEGFR1 (в 2,5 раза), VEGFR3 (в 2,3 раза). Уровень TGF-β1 повышался в ткани РЖ, ПЗ и сальнике у всех пациентов вне зависимости от наличия или отсутствия у них метастазов, тогда как в брюшине концентрация TGF-β1резко нарастала - в 3,1 раза при наличии в ней метастазов и снижалась - в 1,8 раза (р&lt;0,05) при их отсутствии. Заключение. Подтверждена роль VEGFА и TGFβ1 в процессах метастазирования в сальник и брюшину при раке желудка.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim was to study levels of VEGFA, VEGFC, sVEGFR1, sVEGFR3 and TGFβ1 in malignant gastric, peritoneal and omental tissues. Materials and methods. 62 patients were enrolled in the study: 21 (10, 11) -stomach cancer T3-4аN0-3M1 and metastases to the peritoneum; 24 (15, 9) - stomach cancer T3-4аN0-3M0without metastasis; 17 (6, 11) - non-cancer patients (controls). Levels of growth factors and their receptors were measured by ELISA in tissues of the peritoneum, greater omentum, gastric tumors (GT) and their perifocal tissues (PT). Results. All patients had elevated GT and PT levels of VEGFА and VEGFR1, but not VEGFСand VEGFR3; GT tissues contained more VEGFR1, and PT - more VEGFА. Only metastatic peritoneum and omentum showed increased levels of VEGFs: in the omentum -VEGFА (by 2.8 times), VEGFС (by 2.7 times), VEGFR1 (by 2.3 times), VEGFR3 (by 1.6 times (p&lt;0.05)); in the peritoneum - VEGFА (by 4.2 times0, VEGFС (by 3.5 times), VEGFR1 (by 2.5 times), VEGFR3 (by 2.3 times). The TGF-β1 level increased in GT, PT and omentum tissues in all patients despite metastases, while peritoneal TGF-β1 levels sharply increased - by 3.1 times with metastases and decreased - by 1.8 times (p&lt;0.05) without ones. Conclusion.
