Изучение взаимосвязи между гастропатологией и течением стоматологических заболеваний является актуальной проблемой, как гастроэнтерологии, так и стоматологии, так как направлено на поиски путей лечения заболеваний и предотвращение инвалидизации пациента. В практике врача стоматолога все чаще можно встретить различные заболевания, связанные с неадекватной реакцией и работой иммунной системы, что проявляется в разных органах и системах. Проявление обострений различных заболеваний в один период времени подтверждает недостаточную работу иммунитета. Первичные иммунодефициты (ПИД) - наследственные заболевания, обусловленные дефектами генов, контролирующих иммунные реакции. В статье представлен клинический случай 12-летней девочки с первичным иммунодефицитом, протекающим с аутоиммунным полиэндокринным и геморрагическим синдромами, обратившейся в стоматологическую клинику с жалобами на непрорезывание зуба 15, длительную болезненную реакцию на холод в области нижнего первого моляра слева. В анамнезе систематические появления язв на слизистой полости рта, не поддающихся традиционной терапии. При наблюдении у гастроэнтеролога был поставлен диагноз язвенный колит, у иммунолога - аутоиммунная полиорганная недостаточность. В статье прописаны особенности взаимодействия гастроэнтеролога, иммунолога и стоматолога в ведении пациента.

In the practice of the dentist, it is increasingly possible to encounter various diseases associated with inadequate reaction and the work of the immune system, which is manifested in various organs and systems. The manifestation of exacerbations of various diseases in one period of time confirms the lack of work of immunity. Primary immunodeficiencies (FIDs) are hereditary diseases caused by defects in the genes that control immune responses. The article presents a clinical case of a 12-year-old girl with a primary immunodeficiency, which proceeds with autoimmune polyendocrine and hemorrhagic syndromes, who appealed to a dental clinic with complaints about the failure of the tooth 15, a prolonged painful reaction to cold in the lower first molar on the left. A history of systematic appearance of ulcers on the oral mucosa, which are not amenable to traditional therapy. Ulcerative colitis was diagnosed by gastroenterologist, and an immunologist diagnosed autoimmune multiple organ failure.
