Цель исследования: оценить влияние факторов патогенности Helicobacter pylori (НР) (Cag A и Vac A) на развитие атрофии, кишечной метаплазии и дисплазии слизистой оболочки желудка у больных хроническим гастритом (ХГ), ассоциированным с HР. Материалы и методы: обследовано (фиброгастроскопия и гистологическое исследование биоптатов) 64 пациента (46 мужчин, 18 женщин) с признаками хронического гастрита в возрасте от 30 до 60 лет (средний возраст 43,5±8,4 лет). Результаты: в группах пациентов выявлена прямая корреляционная связь между наличием факторов патогенности НP (Сag А, Vac А) и развитием атрофических изменений слизистой оболочки желудка, а также степенью хронизации процесса и активностью воспаления слизистой оболочки желудка.

The aim: to assess the influence of HP pathogenicity factors (Cag A, Vac A) on atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia of the gastric mucosa in patients with chronic gastritis (CG) associated with HP. Materials and methods: 64 patients (46 men, 18 women) with signs of chronic gastritis aged 30 to 60 years (mean age 43,5±8,4 years) were examined (fibrogastroscopy and histological examination of biopsies). Results: a direct correlation between the presence of HP pathogenicity factors (Cag A, Vac A) and the development of atrophic changes in the gastric mucosa, as well as the degree of chronization of the process and the activity of inflammation of the gastric mucosa was revealed in the groups of patients.
